The HSLC exams for the academic year 2025 were held between February 15 and March 3, with practical exams taking place from January 21 to 22. Over 4 lakh students took part in the exams, and they can now look forward to checking their results on the official ASSEB websites.
How to check the Assam HSLC 2025 results
Students can access their results on one of the three official websites: sebaonline.org, resultsassam.nic.in, and asseb.in. To check their results, candidates will need to enter their roll number and other required details. The provisional mark sheet will be available for download, but students will need to collect their original mark sheet from their respective schools. The results are expected to be made available by the early hours of April 10.
An ASSEB official, speaking to The Times of India (TNN), mentioned, “The results are highly likely to be released tomorrow, between 9 am and 10 am. A formal notification will be issued before the declaration to inform students about the exact timing.”
What happens next?
Once the results are announced, students who have passed will be required to select an academic stream for their Class 11 and 12 studies. To pass the HSLC exam, students must secure at least 30% marks in each subject and achieve an overall aggregate of 30%.
If students are not satisfied with their results, they can apply for re-evaluation. The revaluation process is expected to begin either in April or June 2025.
