Meanwhile, the Hero Xtreme 125R also runs on a 125cc air-cooled engine but produces slightly less power at 11.5 hp and 10.5 Nm of torque, mated to a similar five-speed gearbox.

Both bikes are equipped with telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock for suspension duties. The braking setup on the Xtreme 125R includes a 240 mm front disc and 130 mm rear drum in the standard variant, with the option of single-channel ABS in the top variant, featuring a larger 276 mm front disc.
In comparison, the Pulsar N125 offers a 240 mm front disc and 130 mm rear drum brake with CBS as standard, but lacks the ABS option available on its rival.
As for features, both motorcycles get features like LCD instruments cluster, USB charging, LED lighting, and more. However, as compared to Xtreme’s all-LED lighting package, the Pulsar 125 gets halogen bulbs for the turn indicators.
