RBU Awards Degrees to Global Graduates, Emphasises Cultural Diversity and Growth
CHANDIGARH: Rayat Bahra University organised its 5th International Students Convocation to mark the achievements of international students studying at Rayat Bahra university. Students from management, engineering, allied health sciences, and social sciences received their degrees.
Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Vice-Chancellor Dr Parvinder Singh, Vice-President Dr Satbir Sehgal, Registrar Dr Dinesh Sharma, Dean Academic Affairs Dr Satish Kumar Bansal, Dean Students Welfare Dr Simerjit Kaur, Controller of Examination, Abhinav Tripathi were present during the academic procession.
The foreign students spoke online about their experiences, emotions, and connection with the university. They stated that they wanted to be in touch with their alma mater no matter where they travelled.
The Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra was the chief guest and awarded degrees to graduates.
He said that the university was proud of the foreign students who chose to pursue careers at Rayat Bahra University. Additionally, he emphasised the importance of developing pupils into well-rounded, socially, psychologically, and behaviourally competent individuals who can compete globally.
Vice-Chancellor Dr Parvinder Singh said the university has achieved cultural concord thanks to the vast diversity of its foreign student body.
